How long do I have to view the goods and return them?
The right of withdrawal can be exercised within the term of 14 working days starting from the day of receipt of the order.
Remember that in order to make the return it is necessary that the products are not used, undamaged and are shipped in the original packaging, accompanied by the bill that you find inside the package, duly completed. For online purchases, we refund the full price of the products excluding shipping costs.
We reserve the right not to accept the return of those products that we believe do not comply with the above requirements.

I received a defective product through my online order, can I return it?
