I registered but did not receive the mail from the system
We invite you to check if it has been archived by your mail management software, in the "SPAM" or "UNWANTED MAIL" folder. Being an automatic sending system it could happen for technical reasons.
I can't remember the login credentials
You can click on "FORGOTTEN PASSWORD" and the system will send your credentials within a few seconds to the email you used when registering.
A failed transaction message appears while I am paying by credit card
Often it happens when the monthly availability of the credit card is finished or not sufficient. At other times it may happen that there are problems connecting to your bank's server, in which case you will not be charged any amount on your credit card. Just wait a few minutes and try again or change the payment method.
