How much are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs are free in Italy for orders over € 100.00. For lower orders there is a charge of € 6.00.
For shipments outside the Italian territory we advise you to contact customer service at the number indicated in the CONTACT US section at the bottom of each page.
If I chose to withdraw the order from the perfumery?
In the event that the Buyer chooses the delivery method at one of our perfumeries, the products are ordered directly from the stock of the store selected by the Buyer himself at the time of the Order.
Sales at the selected store may occur at the time the Order is executed on our eCommerce.
A confirmation of the availability of the products ordered will therefore be sent to the Buyer. The availability of Order products in this manner is not guaranteed to the Buyer until the confirmation email in question is received.
